SensorSafe is Cybex’s new technology – a child monitoring system that ensures the safety and health of your little one – it links to your smart phone.

Cybex Aton M i-Size Car Seat with SensorSafe in Manhattan Grey offers the latest safety technology available for baby car seats. When installed with the Base M (sold separately) the infant car seat complies with the new i-Size regulation. i-Size (ECE R-129) is the new EU standard for child safety, making rear-facing travel mandatory until your child reaches 15 months. The Aton M i-Size is suitable for newborns and babies at a height of 45 cm to 87 cm (max. 13 kg).

Please note: the base does not come with this car seat. You will need to purchase the Base M separately.

The new Cybex SensorSafe system gives you peace of mind giving your baby the ultimate safety. CYBEX fuses smart technology and smart design with the introduction of SensorSafe: a unique child monitoring system that ensures the safety and health of your child is always your first priority. Available for several Platinum and Gold i-Size car seats, the SensorSafe clip attached to the harness system, keeping you informed of the safety and health of your seated child at all times.

SensorSafe provides essential alerts to help prevent critical situations: when your child unbuckles the clip, when the ambient temperature of your child is too hot or too cold, if your little one is left unattended in the car, and if your child has been seated for too long. All alerts are received via Bluetooth on your smartphone through a user friendly app that also provides guidance on installation, how-to videos, FAQs and more.

L.S.P System:The Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System) provides extra safety in the event of a side-impact collision. The Linear Side-impact Protection System (L.S.P. System) systematically absorbs the force of a side-impact collision in a linear series of reactions through the use of the shoulder and head protectors. At the same time, the body’s kinetic energy caused by the impact is absorbed at a very early stage and the head is actively led into a safe position.
