The innovative HERO safety system has become standard with newer Recaro seat models, and means the shoulder padding, belts and headrest are one single unit that means no rethreading and no slipping or twisting of the belts. The harness straps are also a much softer fabric resulting in less skin irritation.

High-performance energy absorbers in the ASP system allow for better protection in the event of a side impact and are foldable for space saving installation. The seat’s shell is cast in one solid piece for additional safety.
