Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stroller Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • In your return request, specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened feeding products: Bottles, feeding kits, and pumps
  • Personal care items: Bibs, muslin cloths, and bath products
  • Special orders: Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance items: Marked “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
